Vegan
Ingredients:
1 Cup Kale
1 Apple (peeled and de-cored)
Lemon Juice ( from 1 small lemon)
1 Tbsp Ginger ( minced)
1 Celery stalks ( chopped)
I small Cumber
8oz Coconut Water ( or water)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a juicer or blender.
If a blender is being used, once blended pour juice into a cheesecloth (recommend) or mesh strainer to eliminate the pulp.
Once strained let chill for 1 hour or up to 72 hours in the refrigerator.
Note: You may also add kiwi for a sweeter taste however using coconut water does already add sweetness. Best results to drink within 24 hours, it’s not recommend to use after 72 hours.
