This Green Juice is my Favorite Healthy Drink

I’ve been using it for years and it helps with bloating and digestive issues and even assistant with weight loss with the proper diet and exercise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Kale

  • 1 Apple (peeled and de-cored)

  • Lemon Juice ( from 1 small lemon)

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger ( minced)

  • 1 Celery stalks ( chopped)

  • I small Cumber

  • 8oz Coconut Water ( or water)

Directions:

  • Add all the ingredients to a juicer or blender.

  • If a blender is being used, once blended pour juice into a cheesecloth (recommend) or mesh strainer to eliminate the pulp.

  • Once strained let chill for 1 hour or up to 72 hours in the refrigerator.


Note: You may also add kiwi for a sweeter taste however using coconut water does already add sweetness. Best results to drink within 24 hours, it’s not recommend to use after 72 hours.

  5. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C, promotes immunity, battles infection, heals wounds and more

  6. Coconut Water is a good source of sodium and potassium which are two key electrolytes

  7. Kale provides vitamin A, K, B6 and C it also contains calcium and potassium
