This shake is not just a great post workout shake, it’s also working while you workout.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Scoops Protein

  • 1 tbsp minced Ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric

  • 4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey ( optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Chill and drink cold


Note: May be stored in the fridge for up to 72 hours
