Protein Shake
With Ginger and Tumeric
Ingredients:
3 Scoops Protein
1 tbsp minced Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric
4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Raw Honey ( optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together
Chill and drink cold
Note: May be stored in the fridge for up to 72 hours
